Salary income of nri working in shipping company

19 July 2014 A person is working in ships in outside the territory of India for more than 182 days but under two employers. One of the employer has deducted TDS from salary because the period of his employment with it is not exceeding 182 days.

In this case one has to file return to claim refund. Then the issue is

How to claim exemption of Salary Income in the return form.

Which section is to be quoted to show that the Gross Salary is not taxable.
