normally the salary breakup is fixed by company as per thier norms however if there are selection possible u should break the salary in following manner to take the maximum tax benefit
basic salary 30000 HRA 15000 Medical reimbursiment 1250 conveyance 800 balance should be taken as non cash perquisit and other allowance as per your cash take home expectation.
