Im working in PVT LTD Company & I'm Also received shop on rent so Which ITR needs to be filed

23 December 2014 ITR 2 if you offer rent income as house property income. If you offer rent income as business income then ITR 4.

23 December 2014 thanks sir but when im trying to Submited online return under Preper and submit online on income tax web site i get only 2 tab 1) ITR 1 and 2) is ITRs4

23 December 2014 For filing ITR 2 you need to download either excel or java utility then fill the relevant details and upload the xml generated from the said utility.
