Salary along with personal practise in same premise

31 August 2017 An employee who is a doctor taking salary from a hospital for working 8:00 AM to 4:00PM as per the employment agreement. In that hospital his father is a director.Beside that he also sit in same hospital after working hours of salary and take professional fees from same hospital/ Employer for rendering his professional services.
Doubt- How to treat these two incomes.:
(i)-(a) will Salary Income will be taken separately and professional Income will be taken sepertely
or (ii) both will be clubbed under salary?

31 August 2017 The answer would depend upon whether their exist a separate agreement for these services and whether employment agreement allows for such practice in same hospital, generally in hospitals doctors act as consultants rather than full time employee.
