IN BUGDET 2011-12 CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE FIRST SCHEDULE OF ADDITIONAL DUTIES OF EXCISE.
AFTER WHICH THE IMPORT OF FABRIC ATTRACTS SAD4% AT THE TIME OF CLEARING GOODS AT CUSTOMS.
BUT IN KARNATKA WE DONT HAVE VAT ON FABRIC.
SO HOW CAN WE CLAIM THE REFUND OF SAD4% FROM CUSTOMS
