After reduction reduction of Central Excise duty from 14% to 10% What is the status of Rule 6(3) (1) of Cenvat Credit Rules,2004?, as we are having an order in hand of exempted goods (by notification).

15 January 2009 10% credit on the value has to be reversed.

There is no change in it till now.
