COMPANY SECRETARY IS A COMPLIANCE OFFICER FOR ALL APPLICABLE LAWS IN THE ORGANISATION WHERE HE WILL BE THE PRICIPAL OFFICER.ONE CAN EVEN BECOME CHIEF ADMN. OFFICER AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE OF ALL LAWS INCL. CORPORATE LAWS.
HE IS THE LINK BETWEEN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND AND THE COMPANY'S ALL DEPTS.
ALSO HE LOOKS AFTER CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND SHAREHOLDER'S INTERESTS.
