29 December 2009 For appointment, resignation or any other change in the position of board of directors form-32 is required to be filed.

For allotment of equity shares form-2 is required to be filed with in 30 days of allotment.

For increase in authorised capital form-5 is required to be filed.

For creation of change on the assets of the company form-8 is required be filed with in 30 days of creation of charge.
