Hi, I would like to see which property is charged. MCA site just lists charge id , amount and institution. How do i get full details like what property is covered by charge.. etc..

Dear Srinivas for viewing the details of the property charged you have to use the Public View option available on the MCA website. You have to log into the MCA site , pay Rs. 100/- for the company you want to view the details of assets. Download Form CHG-1 which is filed for creation and modification of Charge, in which complete details would be available.

Thank you very much for quick reply. I had paid and when I see under my documents, i dont see any content in them.. they are just blank.. do I need to physically visit company office to see ROC doucments.
