ROC form MGT-14 filing

This query is : Resolved

19 February 2024 MGT-14 is to be filed to register Special resolution regarding alteration of Object Clause on MOA. After filling of all pages in the ROC portal when "Proceed to EMOA/EAOA" page appears and clicked on it, the same does not open. This is heppening since 15 days past. When complained the system tells us to post Screen Shot. After clicking on "Proceed to EMOA/EAOA" it simply does not open. What screen shot should I give?
Can any one help me to file MGT-14?

11 July 2024 Facing issues with the ROC portal can be frustrating, especially when critical steps like proceeding to EMOA/EAOA after filling MGT-14 are not functioning correctly. Here’s how you can approach the situation and what screenshots might help in resolving the issue:

1. **Capture Screenshots:**
- When you encounter the problem after clicking on "Proceed to EMOA/EAOA", take screenshots of the following:
- The page where you click on "Proceed to EMOA/EAOA".
- Any error messages or loading icons that appear after clicking.
- The URL (web address) in the browser's address bar after clicking.

2. **Document the Issue:**
- Describe the issue clearly in your complaint or support request. Mention that after clicking on "Proceed to EMOA/EAOA", the page does not open or loads indefinitely.
- Include details such as the date and time of the issue occurrence, any error codes displayed (if applicable), and steps you have already taken to troubleshoot (like clearing cache, trying different browsers).

3. **Contact Helpdesk:**
- Submit your complaint through the ROC portal's helpdesk or support ticket system.
- Attach the screenshots you captured. Ensure the screenshots are clear and show the entire relevant portion of the screen where the issue is occurring.

4. **Follow-Up:**
- Follow up regularly on your complaint. If possible, try to find a phone number or alternative contact method for the ROC helpdesk to escalate the issue.
- Sometimes, technical issues require deeper investigation from the system administrators or developers, so persistent follow-up may be necessary.

5. **Seek Professional Assistance:**
- Consider consulting with a professional who has experience with ROC filings if the issue persists. They may have encountered similar problems and know workarounds or additional steps to resolve the issue.
- Professionals may also have direct contacts within ROC or MCA that could expedite the resolution process.

In summary, the key is to provide detailed information and screenshots when reporting the issue to the ROC helpdesk. This documentation helps them understand the problem better and facilitates a quicker resolution. Keep track of your communication and follow up until the issue is resolved satisfactorily.
