07 September 2012 Can anyone inform if e-form (ROC) for filing of Balance Sheet in new Schedule VI is available? I could not find in the MCA Site.

07 September 2012 No forms are still not available and hence ROC has extended date of filing forms upto 15th October, 2012 without penalty.
