Can someone please tell me that if suppose a Company has not filed the annual returns on MCA for a particular year, can that Company file it's annual returns for the next year without filing the annual returns of the previous years.

Most Welcome. but do ensure that if you are filing Form MGT-7 for Fy 2014-15, then you need to mention that the Company has not done Annual Filings of FY 2013-14. You also need to mention any other non-compliance done by company.

Dear Pratik, I also have one more query. In the AOC 4, it asks to mention SRN of ADT 1. Whether that is the SRN of ADT-1 for appointment of auditor for FY 2014-15 or SRN of auditor for appointment in the current financial year,i. e 15-16
