29 December 2011 ONLY 23AC and 23ACA are to filed in XBRL.20B is to filed normally.

29 December 2011 agree with charu.. Only 23AC and 23ACA are filed in XBRl. 20B is compulsorily to be filed but with the normal mode.. All listed company and company's having paid up capital of Rs. 5 crore or more are required to file in XBRl mode or turnover of Rs. 100 crore or above..
