no there is a specific format of annual return which we usually attach with Form 20B that you can find in shared files of this site, audited balance sheet goes an attachment with Form 23AC.

Annual return as per Schedule v Part II of the Companies Act is attached with the firm. You Can Find the format of the form in the Share File Section .
