02 October 2014 One of my client wants to incorporate a Private Limited Company in India. He wants to use the name of his own existing Proprietorship which will exist even after incorporation of the Company.Kindly provide me the format of NOC

06 October 2014 But Sir it is mandatory attachment in INC-1 form if he uses name of proprietorship.
So, please provide me such format....
