WITH IN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF INTIMATION OF APPOINTMENT FROM THE COMPANY . . company required to intimate to auditor with in 7 days of his appointment in AGM of company . . Please note auditor need to intimate to ROC only if appointment is as per 224(1),hence appointment of first auditor under section 224(5)not required to intimate to ROC
