15 March 2011 our firm registered with Delhi sale tax want to dispatch Almira to Individual(Person) at Sahibabad.

Is road permit required ?

16 March 2011 In DVAT no road permit is required to send material/items out od Delhi. In UP VAT road permit is applicable to brought the material out of state i.e. Form 38.
