17 February 2015 if a company makes a rights issue with premium,what are the conditions and procedure required to be followed by the company?

18 February 2015 just comply section 62 as same as to be followed for Right issue. however, amount of premium be a part of nominal value of shares and hence transferred to Security Premium A/c
