i am M.Com graduate and work in accountant in private limited company.
work experience in 7 years with TDS,Service Tax,EPF,ESI registration,paid and filling process . please anybody help how i am

As per my opinion you should continue to gain experience in your present job. Keep looking for new job with better package and work opportunity.
as far as joining some course is concerned, I would suggest you to go for MBA Finance from some reputed college/Institute or college.
