can chartered accountant exercise his right of lien over clients books of account on non payement of his professionals fees/charges ?

sir please give me datails of recent high court judgement on the same topic which i don't know

02 August 2010 CA can exercise his right of lien over books.

No need to have high court judgements.

The matter is crystal clear as if one sells goods to another then seller is entitled to get payment from the buyer.
