If we are paying the salary to employee 25000/- per month then what will be TDS liability. Same we are paying 50000/- per month as director remuneration then what will be TDS liability.

For any employee, you need to calculate TDS as per Income tax slab after considering the savings under various sections, like 80C. And if you pay directors' remuneration to the whole time director, you need to deduct TDS as per section 192. If the director is paid any amount other than salary, like sitting fees, commission, etc. you need to deduct TDS under section 194 J (1) (ba) @ 10% and also such amount comes under GST liable under RCM.
