02 August 2011 assessee wnats to revise ST-3 after 6 months of deposit date of ST-3

but time limit of revision of ST-3 is within 60 days.

what sholud assessee do in this situation

02 August 2011 Assessee file belated return after expiry of time limit prescribed as per rule 7.

But in this case assessee is liable to pay penalty for late filing the return as per rule 7C.
