waht is the procedure for filing Revised TDS return?
What are the charges if revised return has to furnished for 2nd as well as 3rd quarter finacial year 2007-08.is correction statement same as revised return?if Yes, same query for filing correction statement.

CORECTION RETURN IS THE RIGHT TERMINOLOGY FOR ERSTWHILE REVISED RETURN. YOU NEED USE A CORRRECTION UTILITY WHEREIN YOU HAVE TO IMPORT THE FVU FILE OF ORIGINAL RETURN WHICH ENABLES ALL THE DATA OF THE ORIGINAL RETURN AVIALABLE TO YOU FOR MODIFICATION/DELETION /UPDATION ETC. YOU CAN THEN CARRY OUT THE REQUIRED CHANGES AND GENERATE FVU FILE FOR THE CORRECTION RETURN.FILLING FEE IS THE SAME AS APPLICABLE TO ORIGINAL RETURN
