is it possible that if return revised 3 times then scruitiny notice issues department???

As per the existing norms of SCRUTINY, no such provision of scrutiny for no. times revision. But, if the revision is anti revenue, that might prompt for the SCRUTINY by the assesing officer on the merit of the case.
