A.Y 09-10 ASSESSEE IS HAVING BOTH SALARY AND CONTRACT INCOME BUT UNKNOWINGLY E-FILED DECLARING ONLY SALARY INCOME , TDS MADE ON CONTRACT AMOUNT ALSO.TILL DATE INTIMATION U/S 143(1) IS NOT RECEIVED FROM CPC. BUT ADVICE NOTE FOR EARLIER DEMAND ADJUSTED RECEIVED. NOW , CAN WE REVISE THIS RETURN CONSIDERING CONTRACT INCOME?

return can be revised within 1 year from the end of assessment year... and so u cant revise the return now...

For Ay 2009-10 was last to file r revise was Mar 2011, now you cant revise same...
