16 December 2015 My return for A.Y.2015-16 has transferred directly to AO without processing and without intimation U/s 143(1) order.And AO is not responding Well since 2 months and I have claim Refund of Rs.20000 for tds .i am tired of this delay so can i revised my it Return even if my case has transferred to AO as they have not processed yet? Please help someone!i want to know that can i file a revised return or not if case is tfr directly to AO without serving order U/s 143(1)?

18 December 2015 Your file is currently with AO and you can not file revised return since revised return is meant to be filed in case there is revision of income or there is any omission or error in the filed ITR. You have to wait for processing of your return by AO. AO will start assessment proceedings with notice u/s 143(2).
