23 January 2016 PLEASE GUIDE ME ABOUT THE TIME LIMIT FOR REVISE RETURN IF ORIGINAL RETURN IS LATE FILLED AND ALSO IT IS BEING PROCESSED.

E.G. THE RETURN HAS BEEN FILE ON 1/9/2015 FOR A.Y. 2014-15.

PLEASE GUIDE WITH APPLICABLE SECTION .

23 January 2016 If the return is filed belatedly u/s.139(4), you cannot revise the same. you have to wait any scrutiny or assessment notice or intimation u/s/143 only
