21 July 2014 Reversecharge service tax applicable if you made payment to GOODS TRANSPORT AGENT

Otherwise local transportation with out consignment note is exempt

22 July 2014 We have transported Rock phosphate by our vessels ,bill values 2,00,000/- ,do we require to impose service tax..? to service receiver... as per changes of service tax in the budget 2014-15
