i have a Query. plz guide me on this.

i am running partnership firm, i have taken contract from two difference client one is pvt. ltd, and secound is proprietor ship firm to complete the contract materials will be provide by my firm.

MY Query is. whether RCM will be applicable on both of my client..

09 March 2015 RCM is applicable only for Company and not applicable for firm, hence you should pay service tax on services provided to firm
