We are Pvt Ltd company, dealing in exclusively in exempted goods but we availing some service which is cover under reverse charges my query is that

1. we are liable to get registration under GST.

2. if we are liable to registration under GST, we would also liable to pay GST under Section 9(3) and 9 (4)

15 July 2017 Registration of GST is compulsory in case of persons who required to pay tax under reverse charge even if you have supply the exempted goods or services.

whether we will laible to pay GST under reverse charges on purchase made from unregistered dealer .
