Reverse charge on freight paid

who is liable to pay service tax in case freight is paid to supplier. supplier charges freight amt in bill , we are not paying directly to transporter.

Service recipient will liable to pay service tax on goods transport agency under reverse charge system vide notification No. 30/2012-ST.
