Reverse charge mechanism - supply of manpower

06 December 2012 We have received an invoice for supply of manpower. As they under exemption limit, they didnt charge service tax in their invoice.

Whether we have to pay Service tax on the 100% of the bill value or 75% of the bill value.

Kindly clarify

I assume that service provider is non corporate assess n u r corporate assessee.

So u have to make payment @ 75% of Gross Value.
