Dear Sir/mam
I am normal trader and purchasing goods from inter state and in purchase transportation of goods is there so how would i collect the GST and how the RCM method is apply ..
Suppose for example :-
transporter charged 20000/- as freight so what is the amount of tax and how it is calculated in RCM method ???? can we claim rcm in same month or next month.

Calculate 5% GST on such transaction.
Claim ITC in same month.

but lot of ca says no itc available on reverse charge on freight. pls clarify
