dear all,
firm receiving services from individual transport facilities having less than ten vehicles. I made observations by saying rcm is applicable. but the opponent I.e. chartered accountant telling rcm is not applicable because individual having less than ten vehicle. is it correct his argument. can anyone provide about this. thanks
