01 February 2016 Whether amount paid to Taxi Operator union for hiring taxi, liable for service tax under reverse charge mechanism ?

01 February 2016 I dont think the same will be covered under reverse charge mechanism since RCM is applicable only for plying the taxi and not for any fees paid to unions.
