27 January 2013 Kindly tell some one that does notification 30/2012 of service tax applicable to us.

we are a private limited company and receiving security (manpower )services from another pvt ltd company

28 January 2013 partial reverse charge is applicable if the service provider is an Individual or HUF or Proprietary or partnership firm or AOP ..

in this case you have to deposit full amount of service tax as you are receiving service from a pvt. ltd. company
