Is Input available in case where a Service Receiver has paid Service Tax under Reverse Charge Mechanism but the Service Provider is not registered?
Does the case remains same if the Service provider has not crossed the exemption limit of 9 lakhs?

YES, SERVICE RECEIVER IS ELIGIABLE FOR TAKN TO INPUT CREDIT OF SERVICE TAX DEPOSIT UNDER RCM.
