Our company has received bill of cab from a unregistered person, do under RCM it is our company's liability to pay the tax .If yes then under which rate and do we can take input of same.
Pls. clarify the rate under which input can be availed.

No RCM as of now - RCM for unregistered supplier has been deferred til 30 Sept 18
