does service tax on sitting fees to directors come under reverse charge.can we use the cenvat credit of reverse charge.

Sitting Fees to Directors are covered under Reverse Charge. 100% to be paid by service recipient. You can not utilise CENVAT Credit for payment of Service Tax under Reverse Charge.
