can any service is not input service for me then, also i have to liable under reverse charge????

The liability under reverse charge is on the services received by you and are covered under RC. It is not necessary that the said services be necessarily be an input service for you.

14 December 2013 AND IF SIR SAID SERVICE IS NOT INPUT SERVICE FOR ME THEN, I M UNABLE TO TAKE cenvat ON IT......????

you are liable to pay service tax under reversecharge mechanism and you have to expence this service tax paid amount
