20 May 2013 In case of reverse charge if the provider of service is a SSP then do we need to pay our part of service tax.????

20 May 2013 yes clearly mention in proviso line of 33/2012 (ssp exemption) that this exemption not for reverse charge.
yes even if provider is ssp, receiver has to pay.
