service provider charges service tax in case of reverse charge, whether service receiver pay service tax to govt also or its ok to give service tax to service provider.

Under reverse charge mechanism service receiver will be compulsory treated as person liable to pay service to the government. Service provider cannot charge from service receiver. In any case service receiver will have meet his obligation under Rule 2(1) (d) of STR, 1994
