19 March 2010 is revenue stamp required in case of cash payment above rs.5000 if payment is made as rembursment made to internal staffs?

19 March 2010 Revenue stamp is required when cash payment is Rs.5000/- and above. Also revenue stamp is must required when payment of salary and wages in cash. In your case revenue stamp is required.
