16 September 2011 is it compulsory to send revaluation letter through speed post? if it is sent throgh normal post will it make any difference.
what is the maximum time of receiving the reply of revaluation from the institution i have sent it on 11th august and not yet received, i have sent the letter and DD through normal post.

16 September 2011 it is not compulsory to send revaluation letter through speed post.
but registered post will preferable becouse risk in normal post. we have no evidence of application sent through normal post.

17 September 2011 no time limit prescribed by icai but before exams, revaluation result must be declare.
