What are the returns that need to be filed for a private company on incorporation and ongoing either with the ROC, Dept. of Company affairs etc.

Along with MOA & AA for registering company, u need to file Form No1., Power of Attorney in favour of person who is attending the ROC for registration procedure, Form No.32, Form No 18.
