After successful login in service tax site i am not able to work on tool bar keys except REG key. How to get operated the other keys SDR PRA REF HELP RET Rep ?

untill and unless you will file ST-1 online, you are not able to use these features as these features have no use before that. after filling st-1, you will automatically get the links
