Can first stage dealer take input credit?
What records are to be mantained by first stage dealer?
Are rg 1,23a,23c etc necessary in case of first stage dealer?

17 December 2013 After quarter end dealer return will be filed. Dealer can only pass the excise duty. he can not take the cenvat credit. he can only maintained RG-23D.
