Return without audit

Plz someone tell me can i file return without uploading audit upto 30/09/2014??

That is the million dollar question at the moment.
The income tax returns itself require the date of furnishing of audit report and date of signing of audit report which can only be filed after completion of Tax audit report.

I think CBDT will soon come out with a clarification in this regard and possibly the due date of Income Tax return will be extended till 30.11.2014.
So lets wait and watch.
