06 May 2012 Bank has deducted TDS from interest income of a Minor on the Minor's PAN. Now, to claim the refund of the same his ITR is to be filed. My query is whether the interest income is to be shown in the ITR of the minor or a NIL return is to be filed clubbing the interest income with the parent?
