A PERSON WHO HAS NON TAXABLE INCOME FOR THE A.Y.2009-10 (F.Y.2008-09)NEEDS TO FILE HIS I.T.RETURN ON LINE. IS IT POSSIBLE TODAY OR TOMORROW ? IS THERE ANY PENALTY OR OTHER CHARGES LEVIED BY I.T.DEPT.?
PERSON IS AN INDIVIDUAL AND HAVING A BUSINESS OR PROFESSION INCOME.

you have to pay rs. 5K as penalty before filing. dept will accept your return of A.y. 2009-10 with payment of penalty of rs. 5K challan only.
